Shit Shui

I take pride in the pieces that I create. I love what I do and I hope you do too.  That being said, these are handcrafted products and part of their charm is the uniqueness in every hand made piece.  Occasionally, these pieces might have imperfections as part of the process of being constructed by human hands versus machine made.  I love that special touch of knowing the products were individually crafted, but I know it's not for everyone.  And buying handcrafted products online can be a little intimidating when you can't actually hold the items in your hands for closer inspection.

I want you to be very happy with your purchases from my site, but if you are not, I will make every effort to make it right for you.  If you receive an item that has been broken or damaged during transit, I will accept returns in the original packaging and offer an exchange for the same or similarly priced item if available.  Please note that most of my pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind creations so I may not be able to offer an exact duplicate.
